Full or Part-Time Position in Hennigan’s Restaurant. Lunch and Dinner Cooking in a fast-paced, professional environment. Must be able to produce quality food based on Hennigan’s Menu, working with a variety of ingredients, recipes and specialties and must balance pre-preparation, live preparation, cooking, grilling and plate preparation for wait staff. Must be able to manage a significant flow of incoming orders, while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance. Previous working knowledge and cooking experience in a restaurant environment, or a degree/certifications from a culinary institute is necessary. Hennigan’s Weeknight Bartender-Run Hennigan’s Indoor Restaurant Bar, take incoming food and beverage orders from bar customers, as well as provide beverage service to wait staff and their restaurant customers, as well as incoming beverage orders from the bowling alley.
